In this workshop we will explore one of Conscious Capitalism’s four pillars, Conscious Culture, and you will learn about one of the facets that help make it great: Values.

It starts when you clearly define your desired culture and behaviors.  This leads to a heightened ability to recruit and hire the right talent.  One of the most important things you can do as a leader is attract and retain talented employees who are a good fit for your organization.

This is a workshop that was presented at the National Conscious Capitalism meeting in San Diego last spring.  It will help you:

  • Learn practical interviewing skills that you can begin using immediately
  • Gain clarity on the link between employee values and company performance
  • Learn how values based reward systems can help you retain your best talent and build a sustainable Conscious Culture
