In-person Conscious Capitalism Arizona Events Postponed Due to COVID-19 Pandemic

NOTICE: all in-person events postponed until further notice due to COVID-19 pandemic

We will be sending out updates regarding future in-person events pending the status of COVID-19 in our community and country.  Your safety is of utmost concern to us.
Please sign up for our newsletter for the most up-to-date news about events – INCLUDING some very exciting virtual events we’re planning right now!
It is in these uncertain times that the practice of Conscious Capitalism is even more necessary. Taking care of our stakeholders is of paramount concern, and CCAZ wants to ensure you have every opportunity to take care of your business stakeholders and your communities.
Canceling our events is more than about the potential risks of COVID-19 spread, as our events are rather small compared to the many large events and programs that have already been canceled.  Rather, it is realizing that so many of us touched by this pandemic must make many adjustments to our normal routines. We respect that and want to ensure all those we care about have ample opportunity to address their own specific needs and situations.
As we get closer to April, we’ll keep you updated on our plan for future events. We hope that, with the concerted efforts of so many to slow the spread of COVID-19, our business – like many others – will return to ‘normal’ sooner rather than later.
At the same time, we’re investigating alternatives to our in-person events, including virtual events! While virtual events have been in our programming roadmap, now is certainly a time to move this forward in our offerings.  We’ll keep you posted as we work to create those opportunities for you.
Here’s an opportunity you might have not considered previously…  The international Conscious Capitalism Annual Conference which was scheduled for April to be hosted in New Jersey is now a virtual event.  The fee has been significantly reduced as well. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in your practice of Conscious Capitalism with others across the world. We encourage you to take advantage of this great opportunity!
Lastly, during this time of slowdown, all of us can use this moment to reflect on our practice of Conscious Capitalism. We encourage you to consider these questions as you navigate COVID-19 with a Conscious Capitalism mindset:
  • How can I best lead in my organization in a way that demonstrates a conscious and stakeholder-centric?
  • How can I communicate in a way that demonstrates concern not only for our bottom line but for each stakeholder and their own concerns and circumstances?
  • How can I adjust my business to make this time a win-win-win, balancing the need to ‘do business’ with the added stresses, concerns, and trying circumstances created by this pandemic?
  • How can we leverage our conscious culture to provide an experience that clearly shows our stakeholder-centric model?
  • Who in our set of stakeholders is most at risk in this current environment? How can we work to alleviate this risk even a little?
  • How can we ensure that our higher purpose is not sidelined but instead amplified during this crisis?
Please do not hesitate to let us know of any questions or ideas you might have as you navigate this COVID-19 pandemic with a Conscious Capitalism mindset. And feel free to utilize our Facebook and LinkedIn communities to further the conversation and brainstorm and connect during a time of decreased real-world interactions.

Sincerely,
The Leadership Team of Conscious Capitalism Arizona
