The Phoenix Business Journal is holding a Nonprofit Business Summit on Friday, May 16th that includes a Breakout Session on Conscious Capitalism. Presented in part by CCAZ Chairman, Scott McIntosh, a session overview is as follows:

Conscious Capitalism

The traditional molds of business and nonprofit enterprises are often discarded in today’s dynamic world in order to find new ways of making a difference and sustaining social impact. Learn about the tenets of conscious capitalism, a national movement to restore purpose, stakeholder engagement and conscious leadership to businesses. And learn how this movement translates to the nonprofit community, already driven by purpose, but often struggling to sustain its work. Are there new business models that could transform both types of business? Hear from an expert panel of Arizona leaders to find out.
