Diane Janovsky

Chapter President

Diane is a business transformation leader whose purpose is to unleash the power of organizations to do good and to do well. Her business values were shaped early on as she grew up living behind the “mom and pop” grocery store her parents owned. Those values were critical as she moved through her career in leadership roles in large public corporations and then on to her current focus of providing organization effectiveness consulting and coaching services to small and mid-sized businesses across the for-profit, non-profit and public service sectors.

When she discovered Conscious Capitalism in late 2015, Diane realized that she was an “unconscious conscious capitalist”. Finding that Arizona had a local chapter, the decision to get engaged was a no- brainer. She was in the first cohort of certified Ambassadors for the chapter and has been an active member, volunteer and advocate ever since.

The Arizona chapter of Conscious Capitalism was the third to be established worldwide and is known as a vibrant and innovative community of dedicated and passionate people. Diane is honored to be a part of the chapter leadership team and to have the opportunity to help facilitate the growth of this movement, in Arizona and beyond.
